Location: Boldogasszonyfa, in the heart of the Zselic region, between Kaposvár and Szigetvár

Accommodation: The entire property is available for rent, suitable for up to 14+2 guests. It consists of two traditional farmhouses, a connecting section, and a separate studio house. In winter, comfortable heating is provided for up to 9 guests.

Spaces & comfort: 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (sofa bed, armchair, TV), dining area, open-plan kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, covered and open terraces, garden access.

Coming with a bigger group? Upon request, 2 additional rooms are available for 6–8 extra guests.

Amenities: Outdoor pool (4×8 m), hot tub, Finnish sauna, private fishing pond; covered BBQ terrace, firepit area; ping pong table, hanging bowling, forest playhouse, enclosed courtyard, Wi-Fi.

Booking: Weekly stays only in July and August (Saturday to Saturday). Minimum 2 nights the rest of the year.

Village, heritage, and tranquility – this is Boldogasszonyfa:

Church of the Visitation of Mary (Sarlós Boldogasszony): A Roman Catholic church built between 1830 and 1872 in neoclassical style, with a symmetrical Greek cross floor plan and a tower. The churchyard includes a memorial park honoring the heroes of the two World Wars and the deported German families.
Igmándy Mansion: A neoclassical manor house from the 1820s, now privately owned and only viewable from the outside. Its columned portico remains an architectural highlight despite the building’s worn condition.
János Hoffer Memorial House: An exhibition dedicated to the renowned shepherd woodcarver, showcasing traditional rural tools, unique carvings, and documents preserving the village’s local history.
Fishing Lake of Boldogasszonyfa: A roughly 10-hectare artificial lake fed by natural springs, located on the edge of the village. It's a beloved spot for anglers and hikers, home to carp, pike, grass carp, and bream. A state fishing permit is required.
